What does Uely-3000 do on the night shift?

Night shift is background work. Uely keeps the work list current, spots open points and may move movable jobs: every move marked with its reason and reversible with one click. Publishing, sending, paying or inviting happens only with your confirmation. Uely does not invite anyone and does not list a job publicly.

Night shift is not a silent autopilot toward the outside. It maintains your list and points out gaps. What takes effect outward, you decide: Einladen and Ausschreiben under Jobs stay your click. Inside your agenda, Uely may order movable work: times only, never content. Fixed points stay untouched: what you placed yourself, what is listed publicly, and what somebody committed to.

Each round runs in two steps: first Uely quietly checks the state of things and looks ahead: this week, this month, this year, and what always holds. What it decides on, it then works through one by one. The goal is the finished thing waiting: the prepared row, the reply to an inbound letter, the filled-in document: not a reminder that something needs doing.

If you turn automatic tasks off, Uely works less ahead. That can save usage.

If a prepared row does not fit, correct it or archive it. Good corrections improve the next round. If an agenda move does not fit, undo it with one click in the jobs list: Uely never moves that job again.

Background work can use usage. The switch in settings is therefore a real control lever.

No. Uely can prepare, but payment- or shipping-relevant steps need your action. The same applies to invite and public listing.
