How do marketplace payments work?
On the marketplace the payment method hangs on the listing. Online: the buyer pays into your payment account. Purchases and sales appear under Produkte → Bestellungen, payouts under Finanzen → Konto. Cash: you settle payment and handover outside; Uely-3000 does not collect cash.
Region note: marketplace settlement, fees and local handover assumptions are Swiss/CHF-shaped.
- Create or edit a product.
- Choose payment method and delivery responsibility.
- Publish the listing.
- Buyers see price, offered amount, delivery method and available payment.
- On online payment a delivery or pickup follows after payment.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”The buyer cannot freely force a different payment method against your listing setting. Online sales can trigger platform and payment fees.
Partial quantities are only possible when the listing allows partial purchases. You cannot buy your own listings.
Once the buyer starts online checkout, Uely-3000 holds the amount for about 30 minutes (in Kasse). Others cannot buy it in that time. If they cancel or the time runs out, the amount returns to the listing.
The public piece price stays the offered-lot price, even while someone else is in Kasse.
If an online payment is refunded and delivery or pickup is not finished yet, the amount returns to Bestand and the delivery job is closed. Angeboten is raised again only if the listing is still public. If delivery is already done, Bestand stays as it is; you check yourself whether to restock.
When the marketplace is temporarily unavailable, Buy and Pay online are not possible on Markt and public listings. Orders under Produkte stay visible.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If online payment is unavailable, check Finanzen → Konto. If a delivery needs an address, the buyer must provide it.
If the listing is deleted during checkout, the payment is refunded. You land afterwards under Produkte → Bestellungen.
Questions

Section titled “Who bears the Uely platform fee?”The fee is deducted on the seller side from the payout amount. The buyer price stays the displayed price. The buyer does not see the Uely fee as a surcharge.
Can the buyer choose between online and cash?
Section titled “Can the buyer choose between online and cash?”No. The payment method hangs on the listing. A different method cannot be forced against your setting.
What happens after an online payment?
Section titled “What happens after an online payment?”A delivery or pickup is created. If you deliver and need an address, the buyer must provide it. Fulfilment has a time window; do not miss it.

What if the listing is deleted during checkout?

When is a cash sale complete?
Section titled “When is a cash sale complete?”When handover and payment between buyer and seller are done. Uely can document the process but does not collect cash.
