What is the payment account?
The payment account is the connection through which customers can pay you online. The balance there is your money: separate from subscription and usage credit. Uely-3000 has no access to it. Without a payment account you can use Uely, but you cannot receive payable invoices or online sales.
- Open Finanzen.
- Choose Einrichten.
- Complete identity verification.
- After successful setup return to the Rechnungen tab under Finanzen, or to Produkte.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Verification serves payout, fraud prevention and legal duties. Uely does not skip it.
How long verification takes depends on your details and the payment provider. Sometimes documents or details are missing. Payouts run through the payment provider; timing and status appear under Finanzen. From there you can open the account at the payment provider when you need to do something Uely does not offer.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”Open Finanzen and check whether more details are required. Until the account is ready, online payments stay blocked.
If a payout to your bank account fails, Uely notifies you. The money stays on your payment account. Check your bank details in Finanzen and trigger the payout again.
