What belongs in documents?
Dokumente is the library for created and uploaded content. Advice and daily briefing are document types there, not separate top-level menu items.
- Open Dokumente.
- Choose Persönlich or a Team context.
- Search or sort by title, date or type.
- Create an editable document with Neu.
- Share a document only when the target person or team should see it.
- Delete a created document in the detail view with Löschen when you no longer need it. That is final.

The upload archive is not the same as a cleanly edited document. A scan remains a source; a report is an editable work state.
In created documents and postal letters, Uely-3000 can embed your existing photos (photos from sources, profile, listings). The original stays in your space; the PDF only gets a copy.
Uely-3000 designs created documents: clear structure, metric cards, tables and charts. In the app you see the pages; the PDF is for download and post. It checks the rendered PDF visually and revises when needed; that can take several minutes. A compiling draft is saved along the way, so a rare cutoff still leaves the document in the library. You can still edit the Markdown yourself.
The Tagesbriefing can weave in matching current industry announcements when they fit your situation. There is no separate news section.
Ledger documents include the yearly Arbeitsstunden record (Stundennachweis): Uely-3000 keeps it current from completed jobs under Jobs.
Uely-3000 keeps the library small: it may remove superseded reports and old daily briefings. It does not delete the Stundennachweis or Quellen (uploads). You delete sources in the detail view, and the Stundennachweis with Löschen if you really want it gone.

Can I delete a document?

Can I send documents as real post?
