How do you get paid?

When someone pays you online: for a product or an invoice: the money lands in your payment account. That money is yours. It does not mix with the subscription or usage credit you pay Uely-3000. Uely has no access to that balance.

  • Product online. The buyer pays into your payment account. Purchases and sales appear under Produkte → Bestellungen. Payouts under Finanzen → Konto.
  • Cash or handover. You settle payment and delivery outside the online flow. Uely does not collect cash.
  • Job completed. Online payment runs through Rechnungen (payment link), not automatically after completion.
  • Issue an invoice. You send a payment link. The amount goes to your payment account; Uely’s fee is taken from the payout.
  • Real letter. You pay CHF for print and shipping. That is not customer income: details under Postal shipping.

The listing sets whether online or cash applies. The buyer cannot force a different method against your setting.

Online income needs a set-up payment account with identity verification. Payouts and status appear under Finanzen → Konto. Timing depends on the payment provider and your account status.

  • Finanzen: Rechnungen (issued and received payment links) and Konto (payment account, payouts)
  • Produkte → Bestellungen: purchases and sales
  • Produkte: payment method on the listing
  • Abrechnung: subscription and usage credit (via Settings or the AKh figure in the sidebar)
  • Post: real letter postage only
