• What belongs in Documents?: A spraying you mention in the chat appears in the field calendar with its W number from the plant protection register; Uely adds a missing one to an older entry when you ask. A paper known only by its year («soil samples 2021») appears in the binder with the year.

2026-09-30: Outdoor access for pigs and poultry

• What belongs in Documents?: For pigs and poultry, register 8 lists the days outdoor access, the covered outdoor run or the pasture was restricted, each with date and reason, instead of the grazing animals’ month grid. Say it in the chat («yesterday only in the winter garden because of the storm»).

2026-09-30: Work plan – end a routine, hours on the work day

• How do I use jobs?: End routine in a routine’s menu ends it on a day; its hours stay. The Hours tab shows entered, estimated and assumed apart, per person and month, and counts work on the day it was done. Suggested hours kept unchanged count as an estimate. An open request shows on the row.
• Connect Google Calendar: A completed job stays on the calendar with «✓». A routine sits there as one recurring event.

2026-09-30: Inspection binder corrections

• What belongs in Documents?: Register 1 names the production-system and resource-efficiency programmes as the survey does, e.g. «Verzicht auf PSM im Ackerbau». The outdoor journal starts on the first day Uely keeps; the days before belong in your own journal.

2026-09-30: Veterinary drug inventory list

• What belongs in Documents?: Register 9 shows, after the treatment journal, the inventory list of veterinary drugs you keep in stock under a TAM agreement: what the vet handed over, with date, trade name, packs and from whom, plus returns and disposals. Say it in the chat («3 packs of Mamyzin for stock») or upload the delivery slip.

2026-09-30: Inspection binder register 5, nutrients

• What belongs in Documents?: Register 5 shows the Suisse-Bilanz of the closed and the current year as a working balance after the guideline, with manure transfers, roughage and straw bought or sold with name and address, and fertiliser bought. The balance you filed, ImpEx, the NPr agreement and manure contracts follow as papers.

2026-09-30: Inspection binder registers 11–15

• What belongs in Documents?: The binder has five more registers: primary production and milk, water and air protection, contribution programmes, summer grazing and labels. Uely enters delivery notes, milk and slaughter statements, manure transfers and Alp supplies as lines in the lists these inspections read. Print for now also offers summer grazing.

2026-09-30: Inspection binder

• What belongs in Documents?: The inspection dossiers per programme have become one inspection binder holding the records themselves, printable at any time and set anew every day. Print for prints it with only the registers one inspection reads; Blank sheet prints an outdoor or treatment journal to fill in by hand, with farm, group, year and a sheet code for the photo of the filled page.
• When your records show a breach of a rule, it appears above the binder under Findings, with the rule and what to do. The binder does not print findings.

2026-09-27: The switch in the row, More precise with

• What belongs in Documents?: Every Library entry has its switch in its row and above its document. Stop keeping in the menu is gone.
• An entry shows one sentence instead of the long description. More precise with sits right below it: upload each paper into the entry’s drawer with Upload, or tell Uely with Say it in the chat.
• Yearly and monthly documents show their edition instead of “Kept · 2026”; running documents show when they were last updated.

2026-09-26: Animals as a number, and what you say about the farm in chat

• How do products work?: Under Bestand, Tiere now also lists animals you keep track of as a number, one per category with reference date and where the number comes from. An older list does not lower the number.
• How do I work in chat?: A fact about the farm that you state in chat is kept as a source and entered in Bestand. Under Profile you see what Uely keeps in mind and can withdraw a statement.
• Set up your profile: With your name, address and farm number Uely-3000 recognises your farm in your documents, also under a former name. Empty details are filled in from your documents, saying which one; values you set and the IBAN stay yours.

2026-09-25: LibreOffice spreadsheets and deleting a source

• How do I upload documents?: Under Sources you can also upload LibreOffice spreadsheets (.ods).
• What belongs in documents?: Deleting a source removes the file, what Uely read from it, and the entries that come only from it and that you have not edited. What is backed elsewhere too, or what you edited, stays. Before you delete, you see what goes.

2026-09-25: Documents has drawers

• What belongs in documents?: Documents is a shelf of drawers. What Uely keeps, what came out of a chat and what you uploaded sit in the same drawer. The Library has no tab of its own any more: each drawer shows at the bottom what else Uely can keep there.
• A document from chat that matches a Library entry can be kept current by Uely with Keep current.
• Change drawer puts a document or a source in another drawer.

2026-09-24: Two doors

• The start page says who the handbook is for: you in the app, or someone connecting a program.
• Chat, Documents, Training, Places and Subscription and usage credit answer the task, not the inner workings.
• What Uely prepares while you are not in chat is the new title. The pages on the operating model, under the hood, and what Uely is not are gone. Old addresses redirect.
• A program can look things up, and a change waits for your confirmation. FAQ.
• A connected program also sees your teams. Outdated reports are archived.
• A permission under Connected services stays with this area. Who sees what says a connected program also sees your teams.

• How do subscription and usage credit work?: The same AKh last longer. The page now says what uses credit and where you buy more.

• What belongs in documents?, How do notifications work?, What do I set in settings?: The morning note is called Morgenappell. The switch is Morgenappell per E-Mail.

• How do I work in chat?: If you pick Something else among the clickable options, a text field appears for that.

2026-09-10: Shapefile, KML and GeoJSON under Training

• How does training work?: Under Quellen you upload shapefile (.shp and .dbf in one selection or as a ZIP), KML, GeoJSON, XTF and GeoPackage. An unpacked folder with ESRISHAPE_1 is enough.

2026-09-10: Pinus journal and FXC

• How does training work?: Pinus journals upload as CSV. An .fxc file is the Pinus backup; it is accepted but not read as a journal. A failed source shows the reason in Dokumente.

2026-09-10: Test credit when a subscription starts

• How do subscription and usage credit work?: A Test account starts with 200 AKh, once. A subscription adds its monthly AKh; leftover Test credit stays in the plan bucket until the next renewal.

2026-09-10: Satellite pictures in the first Lagebild

• What are places?: The first Lagebild after drawing includes the satellite pictures of the latest clear day. Lagebild aktualisieren fills further days. Without a satellite picture the map shows Luftbild.

• What are places?: After you draw a parcel or field, Uely-3000 may show the matching public land use. Umgrenzung übernehmen replaces the drawing after you confirm. The survey still comes from the export.

• How does training work?: Above the upload there are three lines: the size of public knowledge, your private memories as a count toward 100,000, and, if you are in a team space, the sum of team memories.

• What is the newspaper?: The weather card shows measurements and condition windows, without the label and ChemRRV note.

• What is the newspaper?: The weather card separates measurement (nearest station) and forecast (MeteoSwiss).

• How do I read sources and citations?: Quellen also lists Verfahren (a named calculation that ran) and Rechnung (a non-trivial optimisation). Neither row is a link.

• What is the newspaper?: The card shows measurements and condition windows for your location, without usage credit. Weather is available only in Switzerland.

2026-09-07: One subscription payment, one notice

• How do notifications work?: A failed subscription payment appears once per invoice.
• How do subscription and usage credit work?: History can show Hintergrund.

• How do Kollegen work?: Colleagues, requests and discovery live under Kollegen. Names and letter addresses stay under Post, Adressen.

2026-09-03: Dorf works, analytics get a switch

• What is the Zeitung?: Dorf now actually finds posts. An article remembers its author’s location when published; without a location set it does not appear in Dorf, but publishes normally.
• What do I set in Einstellungen?: Product analytics get a switch instead of a reset button. You change it any time, in both directions, without waiting to be asked.
• How do I create a Uely-3000 account?: Says more plainly that Mein Standort in the map asks for GPS and that tapping is enough.

2026-09-03: Fewer interruptions at the start

• How do I create a Uely-3000 account?: Standort is now an optional field on the same card as name and company name. No separate step.
• What does Uely-3000 use my location for?: The chat dialog is gone. Where a feature needs the point, the note sits where the result would be, with the map beside it.
• What do I set in Einstellungen?: The product-analytics question comes on the second visit at the earliest, never during setup.

2026-08-31: Profile setup at signup

• How do I create a Uely-3000 account?: Profil einrichten now appears on both paths, Google and email. First and last name are required, Firmenname and Woran arbeitest du? optional. The Standort follows, with Später as the way out.
• Why should I set up my profile?: Name, company name, short text and location are already set at signup; the profile is where you change them.
• What does Uely-3000 use my location for?: Location can be set right at signup. The chat dialog stays the path for anyone who chose Später there.

2026-08-29: Post drafts in the conversation

• How does Post work?: Drafts live in the conversation, not on a separate tab. The row starts with Entwurf. Entwurf verwerfen and Mit Uely-3000 schreiben sit on the reply bar. Cancelled payment leaves the draft in the conversation.

2026-08-29: Verbindungen and email

• How does training work?: Verbindungen starts with forwarding to the Uely address (Gmail, Outlook, Bluewin as named cards), then file, photo or screenshot (office first), then portal login. What is already on screen is enough as a screenshot. Attachments on forwarded mail sit in Post; Nach Quellen legen is one click per file.
• How does Post work?: Forward to the Uely address. Attachments on the letter, not automatically in Quellen.

• How do products work?, How do I use jobs? and What are places?: The public pin on the market is approximate, about 1 km, not the exact entrance. The outline stays private.
• What does Uely-3000 use my location for?: The public pin on a listing is approximate.

2026-08-28: Bell, briefing and invitations

• How do notifications work?: The bell is a chronological list. A click marks read. Alle als gelesen clears the stack. Email only for briefing, invitations and a failed subscription payment.
• What do I set in settings?: Three switches: automatic tasks, daily briefing by email, invitations by email.

2026-08-28: Post picks the person first

• How does Post work?: Schreiben picks the contact first, then the channel. The letter address lives on that contact and is confirmed when sending. Kollegen are reachable in the app, not automatically by post. Cancelled payment leaves the draft under Entwürfe. An open payment (TWINT) holds the letter until it is confirmed.
• How do Kollegen work?: The approximate location on a profile is not a mail address.

2026-08-28: Website always live

• How do I shape my website?: The website at uely.ch/your-name is public after signup. Uely-3000 keeps it current. Chat shapes it without approval. Published products and jobs appear on it, drafts do not.
• Set up your profile: Website, in-app card and document master data are separate.
• Who sees what: Website public with a URL name. Listings still need Publish.

2026-08-28: Places as a timeline

• What are places?: Every place has a Verlauf (occupancy, work, samples, survey) and Merkmale. Eintrag and Merkmal are the manual paths. You can change or remove existing traits. An open occupancy has no end until a new crop is set. The list shows the crop when one is set. Aktualisieren remains the Lagebild and uses usage credits. Home has no Verlauf.

• What are places?: True color is the aerial photo. NDVI, NDMI and NDRE sit on the outline. Redraw a thin outline under Geometrie bearbeiten; NDVI, NDMI and NDRE stay off until the outline is an area. Photos only when a capture belongs to that place.
• How does training work?: Herd lists then appear under Produkte, not on a Tiere page.

• Frequently asked questions: Programs use marketplace, handbook and public search without a login. The overview is at uely.ch/developers. OAuth 2.1 only confirms identity, not your area.

2026-08-28: Survey and Lagebild

• What are places?: Aktualisieren only refreshes the Lagebild. The survey comes from the export under Training, tab Verbindungen. A drawn field without an identifier takes the survey when the areas overlap. Merging two identifiers needs the extra confirmation.
• How does training work?: Files land on the matching page (Produkte, Finanzen, Adressen, Orte). Cantonal land-use: the portal shows the export, Datei is the import.

2026-08-27: Public product page without a model comparison

• Where are the current prices?: uely.ch/preise lists monthly franc amounts and generous usage. How AKh work in the app stays under How do subscription and usage credit work?.
• The former comparison page /uely-vs-barto is gone.

2026-08-27: Crop areas from the cantonal survey

• What are places?: Crop areas from LAWIS plus, GELAN and others you upload under Training as a ZIP. Overlapping uses stay separate places. The Lagebild shows cantonal areas only as context.
• How does training work?: Verbindungen covers LAWIS plus (Datei), GELAN (Datei) and Andere Kantone. LAWISfarm is read-only.

• Frequently asked questions: Handbook, prices and marketplace live on uely.ch. Handbook under /handbuch. The product page at uely.ch/produkt, prices at uely.ch/preise. • What are places?: The place row stays private. A published job or product copies the pin and, if there is one, the outline onto the listing. If you delete the place, the copied outline drops off. The pin stays.
• How do I use jobs? and How do products work?: Location is Zuhause, a place, or a point on the map. If you delete the place, the copied outline drops off. The pin stays. The address others read stays the typed profile address.

• How does Post work?: In der App, E-Mail and Brief stay on the channel control. In der App drops only when that app contact was deleted.

2026-08-26: Cantonal Lagebild topics ZH and TG

• What are places?: In Zurich and Thurgau the Lagebild also shows cantonal crop areas (self-declared, LAWIS plus with the published as-of date), ecological networks, public water (distance or name), apiaries, natural hazards, crop-rotation areas, water-protection zones, building zones, the cantonal soil map, and contaminated-site hints. Numbers and names as the canton published them. Invasive-plant maps are incomplete. LIDAR stays a map link.

• What are places?: Drawing a field or parcel outline up to 50 ha puts satellite images on the map (true color, NDVI, NDMI, NDRE, relative zones) on a few cloud-free dates. 10 m (NDMI/NDRE native 20 m). Values relative to this outline. Soil as suitability ++ to — (map 1980, 1:200000), mapping unit where available, runoff slope class, zone, land cover, radiation, public-law restrictions. Link to the PLR cadastre. No owner names. The first Lagebild does not use usage credits. Aktualisieren after that does. If loading stalls, Aktualisieren.

• How does Post work?: Channel choice In der App, E-Mail, Brief above the reply. Uely-3000 drafts land in the conversation. CTA Schreiben. Address at send. Inbound paper letters from Training. After payment the address stays on the contact.
• What does a letter cost?: A-Post only as shipping type. Als Brief senden remains the path from documents. A recipient you only type becomes a contact.
• How does training work?: Brief guide for photo, scan or PDF.

• What does Uely-3000 use my location for?: Map pick with Übernehmen, aerial imagery. Jobs and products set to Zuhause follow the pin.
