How does training work?
Training is your private source shelf. You put documents in, Uely reads them and can later use them in chat, documents and suggestions. Under Verbindungen you see which data Uely-3000 can take in, and you are guided to an upload or a portal login.
Quellen are your own papers. Public rules and handbooks already live in public knowledge; you do not need to upload those copies.
- Open Training.
- Under Quellen you upload PDF, image (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP), TXT, DOCX, CSV, vCard, XML or ZIP.
- Wait for the processing status. For photos you see a preview and, when the device stored it, the capture date.
- Ask Uely about something that is in the document or on the photo. A photo is described first so you can find it later; then Uely can link it to existing places, things and observations.
- Delete failed uploads if you no longer need them.
Verbindungen
Section titled “Verbindungen”The Verbindungen tab lists sources Uely-3000 can process: herd portals, bookkeeping, bank statements, address books, machine data, receipts, letters, cantonal land-use survey (LAWIS plus, GELAN and others). Each entry explains why the data helps and takes the shortest path. Brief is a photo, scan or PDF of a received letter: it then lands in Post in the sender’s conversation. Flächen als Datei is the export from Agate (Dokumente, Geometriedaten exportieren) or from GELAN (Auswertungen, Raumdatenexport).
Per Login verbinden. You pick a portal (SmartHerd, Cownect, Agate/TVD, digiFLUX, AgroOffice, LAWIS plus, LAWIS, LAWISfarm, GELAN, ACORDA, Wallis). Im Chat verbinden opens chat with a prepared request. You send it yourself. Uely-3000 opens the portal, you log in, it fetches the export. LAWISfarm is read-only: cutting dates and NHG, no write-back.
Datei exportieren und hochladen. You follow the short instructions (for example CAMT.053 XML from e-banking, journal CSV from bookkeeping, DS-CH .txt, vCard, TASKDATA ZIP, Flächen ZIP). Datei hochladen switches back to Quellen and opens the file dialog. Bank statements, journals, herd lists, address books and crop areas then appear in the inventory.
There is no standing automatic connection. The catalog shows what already works, and it grows when new sources land.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Upload and processing can use usage. If your usage credit is empty, training does not start. Portal login in chat also uses usage as soon as Uely-3000 works.
There are size limits and a page limit for PDFs. Very large or poor scans take longer or fail.
Above the upload you see two small figures: how many memories Uely-3000 has already formed from your sources: as a count toward 100,000, an orientation, not a statement about answer quality: and when you last trained.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”Make the file smaller, split PDFs, or choose a standard format. If Uely later cannot find something, ask with title, date or keyword. If portal login stalls, close the window and start the entry under Verbindungen again.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”Can team members see my training files?
Section titled “Can team members see my training files?”No. Personal training sits in your area. Team files go deliberately into the team space.
What happens to images from chat?
Section titled “What happens to images from chat?”Images you attach in chat can also be processed as sources so Uely can refer to them later.
Do I have to set up every connection?
Section titled “Do I have to set up every connection?”No. Take the sources you actually need. A few fitting exports beat a full catalog with nothing in it.
Does public knowledge belong in Quellen?
Section titled “Does public knowledge belong in Quellen?”No. Quellen are your private papers: receipts, lists, contracts, notes. Public rules and handbooks already live in public knowledge.
