How do subscription and usage credit work?

You want to know what uses credit and where you buy more. Chat, Training, dictation, portal fetches and background work use AKh. Reading, manual edits, teams, the marketplace and invoices do not run on this credit.
Prices are on uely.ch/preise.
- Open Billing from the AKh figure in the sidebar or from settings.
- At the top you see your plan and the split between plan credit and purchased credit.
- Under Credit you choose an amount of AKh and top up.
- Under History you see usage, credit movements and subscription receipts.
What it costs and who sees it
Section titled “What it costs and who sees it”Uely spends plan credit first, then purchased credit. Purchased credit stays when you end the subscription, and it does not expire.
A test account starts with 200 AKh, once. A paid plan adds its monthly AKh at the start. What remains of the test stays in plan credit. At the next renewal, plan credit is set to the plan amount.
A plan change alters future included credit. It does not refund already used credit in francs. Moving to a larger plan credits extra plan credit immediately, in proportion. A smaller plan applies from the next period.

When something goes wrong
Section titled “When something goes wrong”If the credit is empty, chat, Training, dictation and background work do not start. Under 10 AKh a notice appears in chat. With empty credit your message stays, with a card to Billing. After you top up, you send it again.
The marketplace, manual edits, invoices and finances stay usable. A letter is its own payment in francs.
Subscription receipts are under History → Subscription receipts. Cancelled receipts show 0.
