How do notifications work?
The bell and the Benachrichtigungen page show what concerns you: messages, invitations, purchases, failed payments, the Morgenappell. A click opens the place and marks the item read. Alle als gelesen clears unread items at once.
- Open the bell at top right.
- Click an item to read it and open it.
- Choose Alle als gelesen when you want to clear the stack. Alle anzeigen opens the full list.
- Under Einstellungen: Automatische Aufgaben, Morgenappell per E-Mail, Einladungen per E-Mail.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Email is rare. Always on: welcome (once), a failed subscription payment, a payment request, a dispute (opened or lost), a failed payout, a failed letter send. Optional: Morgenappell and invitations (team, job, contact), including applications on your jobs. Nothing else goes by email.
A failed subscription payment appears once per invoice.
The in-app list stays on. Phone push does not exist yet.
When Automatische Aufgaben is off, night work drops away: suggestions and the Morgenappell. Open invoices and unbilled jobs stay visible in the app.
The number on a menu item is waiting work on that page. Dokumente and KPIs count agent texts you have not opened yet. Visiting the list does not change the number. Opening the item does.
Uely-3000 does not write a notice just because chat finished something. Night work sits in the Morgenappell.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If the bell stays full, you have not clicked the items and have not used Alle als gelesen. Opening the bell alone does not change the unread state.
