How do I create a Uely-3000 account?
You create your account via Anmelden in the app. Google is the fastest path; with email you need a password and then confirm your address.
- Open app.uely.ch.
- Choose Anmelden or Registrieren.
- Use Google, or enter email, username and password.
- For email registration, confirm the message in your inbox.
- Under Profil einrichten, enter your first and last name. Firmenname, Woran arbeitest du? and Standort are optional.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”The username is your visible Uely name. The suggestion comes from the part of your email before the @; you can change it before you confirm. Choose one you can live with: after setup it is not editable as a normal profile field. Product paths, official names, and anything that looks like a Uely address cannot be used as a username or website address.
The password needs at least eight characters and a mix of upper and lower case, a number and a special character. Uely can touch documents, invoices and personal data, hence the requirement.
Profil einrichten appears on both paths, Google and email. First and last name end up on invoices and letters, and Uely-3000 uses them to tell which post is addressed to you. You can change both in the profile at any time.
The line Woran arbeitest du? is one sentence, not a form: “joinery, three people, interior fittings” is enough. Uely-3000 tailors answers to it instead of asking every time. In the profile the same field is called Kurztext.
The Standort is a map point for weather, surroundings and distances, not the address you type. You pick it on the map. You do not have to allow GPS: Mein Standort in the map asks for it, but tapping the map is enough. Leave it empty and nobody asks again: weather, Zeitung and the market show you what they are missing where you meet them.
After your first sign-in, your space includes example entries so you can see the surfaces right away: documents, drafts, places (including a sample place with a Lagebild), jobs, contacts, KPIs, bookings, needs, inventory, and teams. Keep them, edit them, or delete them.
Post also opens with a real conversation with Flo, the person behind Uely-3000. That thread is not example data. Write him there if something does not work or you have an idea. Under Kollegen → Anfragen you may also see an optional request from him: accepting puts him under Kollegen; messaging in Post works without accepting.
If a feature is not yet enabled for your account, the app may send you back to the home page. That is not a sign-in error; the feature is not enabled for your account yet.
