What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”- On online sales and payable invoices Uely takes a platform fee from the payout amount. It is 1% of the gross amount and capped at CHF 10 per transaction.
- If you refund a purchase in full, the platform fee is returned to you in full.
- The payment provider may charge its own payment fees on top. Those are not Uely’s margin.
- For real postal mail a Uely margin is added to the print-and-ship price. The final amount is shown before checkout.
