How do I use jobs?
Jobs is your living work list and the place where you share work: with family, colleagues, or publicly. Uely-3000 writes and maintains the rows. You complete them, invite someone, or list them. There is no silent invite and no silent publish.
- Open Jobs.
- Choose Agenda, Anfragen or Stunden.
- The agenda groups by horizon. Open jobs without a date sit under Überfällig. Move them with Heute, Morgen, Nächste Woche or Datum.
- Add work with Neu, with N, or in chat. Set repeating day-to-day work (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) on the row.
- Einladen brings a named person in without making the job public. Ausschreiben puts it on the market: you first review title, hours and pay in the dialog.
- Complete a job and enter the actual hours when the work is done. Answers to invites and public listings land under Anfragen.
- Delete an open job in the detail view with Löschen. That is final, not an archive. After Abschliessen there is no delete.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”A job is the next concrete action: often short, often repeating, title as a verb. You can do it yourself, name someone, or put it on the market. The same row stays private until you click Einladen or Ausschreiben.
Uely-3000 may prepare the row: hours, suggested pay, description, when the work looks shareable. It does not invite anyone and does not publish unless you just asked in that chat.
When you complete a job, Uely-3000 asks for actual hours. The Stunden tab shows a live aggregate of completed jobs. The living Stundennachweis lives under Dokumente. There is no CSV download.
Uely can reorder movable work on its own: weather, same place, same day. When a job carries the Verschoben badge with the reason, undo the move via Zurück with one click: Uely then leaves that job alone. Anything you move yourself with Heute, Morgen, Nächste Woche or Datum also counts as fixed. Uely never touches fixed points: listed, completed, or accepted jobs.
Completed jobs can lead to invoice flows. Online payment then runs through Rechnungen, not usage credit.
Public jobs depend on location, feature enablement and availability. Not every account sees public listings.
A job’s location is Zuhause (your profile pin), a place from your list, or a point you set on the map. If you pick a place with an outline, that area appears on the market map. If you delete the place, the copied outline drops off. The pin stays. The place row itself stays private. The address others read comes from your profile: the address you typed (postal code and town).
You invite people to a job directly, or you create a shareable link in the invite dialog with Invite by link. Whoever accepts it counts as an applicant: single-use, 30 days validity. Details under Contacts.
