Connect Google Calendar

Uely-3000 can connect Google Calendar. Your jobs appear on a dedicated calendar named Uely-3000. Events from the connected account’s calendar are imported as jobs and show up in the Agenda.
Settings → Connected services → Google Calendar. Jobs offers the same path while no connection exists yet.
- Open Settings or Jobs.
- Choose Connect Google Calendar. You land on Google’s sign-in page.
- Sign in with the account whose calendar you want in Uely. That is usually your work account.
- Allow access. Uely never sees your Google password.
- Back in Uely: open, private jobs without an accepted person sit on the Uely-3000 calendar. Events from the connected account’s calendar sit as jobs in the Agenda.
What you need to know
Section titled “What you need to know”Connect the account whose calendar you actually want imported. Uely imports that account’s calendar without filtering.
Recurring events arrive as individual jobs in a window from one month back to twelve months ahead. When you move or cancel an event in Google, Uely follows at the next sync, as long as you have not changed the job in Uely yourself; then your version stands. Past events arrive as done, without hours. In Uely you treat the job like any other: complete it, log hours, move it.
Completing a job that Uely put on Uely-3000 keeps the entry there, with «✓» before the title: your calendar keeps what was done. Deleting the job removes the entry. A routine sits there as one recurring event, up to its last day. An imported event on the Google calendar stays.
Public listings and jobs with an accepted person do not go to Google.
Disconnect: Settings → Connected services → Disconnect. Imported jobs stay. You clean them up in the Agenda when you no longer need them.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If Connected services is missing, Google Calendar is not enabled in this environment yet.
If sign-in comes back with an error, start the connection again. Uely did not receive permission.

Can I pick only some calendars?
Section titled “Can I pick only some calendars?”No. It is the connected account’s calendar, plus the Uely-3000 calendar for your jobs.
Does Uely change events I created in Google?
Section titled “Does Uely change events I created in Google?”No. Imported events become jobs in Uely. Editing and completing happen in Uely and do not change the Google event.
