Connected services

This behaviour is changing. As of: 2026-09-02. Current commercial details: uely.ch/preise.

You can let Uely work with another service for you — your accounting system, so Uely can file receipts there or fetch them.

Settings → Connected services.

Settings holds two lists with similar names and opposite meanings:

Who starts?Which way does data flow?
Connected programssomeone else’s programout of your area to that program
Connected servicesUelyfrom Uely to the service

A connected program reads your area. A connected service is a system Uely reaches into for you. You allow both yourself, and you can disconnect either on its own.

You pick the service, get sent to its own sign-in page, and sign in there. Uely never sees your password — only the permission the service then issues for Uely.

The permission is stored encrypted and bound to your business: it cannot be moved to another area, not even by accident. It belongs to the business rather than to your personal account, so it survives changes in a team.

Settings → Connected services → Disconnect. The stored permission is deleted, not merely marked as ended. Uely can no longer reach the service afterwards.

The entry stays visible so you know the connection once existed.
