How does Post work?
Post groups your correspondence per contact. In-app messages, emails and letters (paper) land in the same conversation. Pick the conversation on the left, read and reply on the right.
- Open Post.
- Choose a conversation under Unterhaltungen: or a started draft under Entwürfe.
- Write your reply at the bottom. Pick the channel above it: In der App, E-Mail or Brief. All three stay visible; In der App drops only when that app contact was deleted. You type the letter address when sending if it is not stored yet.
- Start a new draft via Schreiben: channel, recipient, subject, content. For Brief that includes name, street, postcode and city. Mit Uely-3000 schreiben hands your text to the chat, where Uely-3000 keeps drafting.
- Review drafts before sending them. A letter goes through quote and payment; shipping type is A-Post.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Uely-3000 writes drafts directly into the conversation when there is a concrete reason: an inbound letter or an overdue invoice, for example. Uely-3000 never sends; you always do. You set the channel above the reply. Dismiss drafts you don’t need and they won’t come back.
The welcome thread with Flo is a real conversation, not example data.
Inbound letters and emails from your sources appear automatically in the sender’s conversation: no confirmation needed. A photo, scan or PDF of a received letter you upload under Training as Brief; the scan sits in the conversation next to the message. If the same contact exists twice, you can merge the conversations from the conversation’s menu.
After you pay, Uely-3000 stores the address on the contact. If you only type an address, that recipient becomes a contact so the next letter stays in the same conversation.
A paper letter is a real CHF payment. That is not the same as usage credit and not the same as an invoice. A-Post appears only on the quote, not as the channel name.
Region note: A-Post shipping and Swiss postage pricing apply to the Swiss postal path.
Empty letters are not sent. Very long documents can fail at the page limit. The price can change if you wait too long between quote and checkout.
