How does Post work?
Post groups your correspondence per contact. In-app messages, emails and letters (paper) land in the same conversation. Pick the conversation on the left, read and reply on the right.
- Open Post.
- Choose a conversation under Unterhaltungen. Started drafts sit in that same list: the row starts with Entwurf. On a saved draft in the reply bar, Mit Uely-3000 schreiben hands it to chat without opening Schreiben.
- Write your reply at the bottom. Pick the channel above it: E-Mail and Brief always stay; In der App only when that contact is reachable in the app. If the contact has several emails, you pick which one on the E-Mail channel. If the letter address is missing, you complete it on the quote when sending.
- Start a new draft via Schreiben: first the person (addresses, Kollegen, or a name/email), then the channel, subject and content. You do not need a letter address to save. Mit Uely-3000 schreiben hands your text to the chat, where Uely-3000 keeps drafting.
- Review the draft in the reply bar before sending. Entwurf verwerfen deletes it. A letter goes through quote and payment; shipping type is A-Post. On the quote you confirm or complete the address of this contact. Under Adressen you record how to reach the person: several emails, phones and one letter address.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Every inbound letter gets a reply draft in its conversation: Uely-3000 writes it on its own, and it stays until you send or dismiss it. It also writes drafts directly into the conversation for other concrete reasons, an overdue invoice for example. Drafts sit in the reply bar, not as an already-sent message. Uely-3000 never sends; you always do. You set the channel above the reply. Dismiss drafts you don’t need and they won’t come back.
The welcome thread with Flo is a real conversation, not example data.
Inbound letters and emails appear in the sender’s conversation: no confirmation needed. You can forward your existing mailbox to your Uely address (steps under Training, Verbindungen). Attachments on that forwarded mail sit on the letter; Nach Quellen legen is optional and one click per file. A photo, scan or PDF of a received letter you upload under Training as Brief; the scan sits in the conversation next to the message. If the same contact exists twice, you can merge the conversations from the conversation’s menu.
The letter address belongs to the contact, not to a single draft. After you pay, Uely-3000 stores the confirmed address there, including corrections you made on the quote. If you only type an address, that recipient becomes a contact so the next letter stays in the same conversation. Under Adressen a contact is one person: several emails, phones, extra names and one letter address. You do not need a street to save email or phone. When sending as E-Mail, Uely-3000 uses the address you pick, otherwise the first in the list. If they also use Uely-3000, In der App appears. You do not see their account email. Under Kollegen are other users in the app, not the same address book. The approximate location on a public profile is not a mail address.
A paper letter is a real CHF payment. That is not the same as usage credit and not the same as an invoice. A-Post appears only on the quote, not as the channel name.

Empty letters are not sent. Very long documents can fail at the page limit. The price can change if you wait too long between quote and checkout. If you cancel payment, the draft stays in the conversation. With TWINT or another open payment the list shows Zahlung ausstehend until payment is confirmed or canceled.
You can also send a document from a team space as a letter. The letter lands in your personal Post. After payment you return to the document.
If something goes wrong
