Why should I set up my profile?

Your profile drives three separate things: the public website on uely.ch, the card other users see in the app, and the master data for documents, letters and invoices.
Signup already asks for name, company name, short text and location, the last three optionally. Here you change them and fill in the rest.
- Open Profil.
- Under Website: URL name, company name, short text, photos. Optional copy and banner. Website mit Uely-3000 gestalten opens chat.
- Under In der App: avatar and username. How other people see you in Uely.
- Set the location pin, separate from the typed address.
- Under Für Dokumente, Briefe und Rechnungen: first name, last name, sign-in email, address, IBAN, UID, VAT number. The Uely address (
[email protected]) is not your sign-in.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”The website at uely.ch/your-name is public once you have an account. The address is created at signup from the username, not after the first save in Profil. Uely-3000 keeps it current. Published products and jobs appear on it, drafts do not.
/profil/@username is not the website. That is the in-app card.
Address and location are two entries. You type the address; street stays private, postal code, town and canton appear as the place on the website. The pin drives weather, regional content and distances. Neither is derived from the other.
The IBAN and UID help match records. The VAT number appears on your invoices when you have entered it. With these details Uely-3000 recognises your farm in your documents, also under a former name, and does not file you as a contact. When a value is missing and a document of your farm shows it, Uely-3000 fills it in and says above the form which document it came from. Values you set stay, and only you enter the IBAN. None of these details is public. Sign-in and delivery use the email you log in with. The Uely address is a mailbox for forwarding.

Who sees what?
Section titled “Who sees what?”Website: anyone on the open web. In the app: other Uely users. Street, IBAN, UID, VAT number, first and last name: only you and written documents.
