How do teams work?
A team is a shared work space: messages, members, shared files and team documents. It is not your personal Uely-3000 area.
- Open Teams.
- Create a team or accept an invite.
- Use Chat, Mitglieder and Einstellungen.
- Put only material into the team space that active members may see.
- Read Who sees what before you organise sensitive work in teams.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Active team members see team messages and shared team files. They do not automatically see your personal conversation with Uely or your personal uploads.
Team chat is person-to-person communication. Uely works in your area; it can take team context into account, but it does not simply write new drafts into the team space.
You invite people to a team by username, or you create a shareable link in the invite dialog with Invite by link for WhatsApp and other channels. Whoever accepts it becomes a member immediately: single-use, 30 days validity. Details under Contacts.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If someone cannot see team data, check whether they are really an active member. Invited, declined or left is not the same.
