Where do KPIs come from?
KPIs are metrics Uely-3000 researches and calculates for your business. There are at most twelve per business: chosen for what actually matters to your work and for what you do not already know by heart.
- Open KPIs.
- Read the value on the card.
- Tap a card to see the definition, assumptions, sources and confidence.
- If an assumption is wrong, discuss it via «Discuss in chat»: that makes the number better.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Uely-3000 curates and updates the metrics itself. When business data is missing, Uely-3000 estimates from statistical reference data and marks it: you can correct the assumption so the next calculation is more accurate.
Each card shows the confidence and when it was computed. KPIs do not replace bookkeeping or audit.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If a metric is missing or shows «not computable», the card names exactly which data is missing. Upload the matching source or tell Uely-3000 in chat what it is about.
